Ugliness to me is beauty, art & individuality. There are certain stereotypes that the majority often perceive as imperfections. Such as single-eyelids, high forehead, gapping front tooth and flat chest..maybe there are more than what I can name here. Fashion today has evolved into accepting imperfections as the new perfections. I am noticing top magazines and top brands are engaging models that are somehow imperfect. Almost deliberate at times. Is there a trend in celebrating this type of beauty? Well, I am embracing this thought.

I love this post, and I couldn't agree more! I believe that everyone is beautiful, and that we should all stop be judgmental to others and we should stop having low self esteem.

Imperfections are what make us human beings. One of mine? Fine hair. But I found a cut that works with the texture, so no more battles.

I totally agree that imperfections equal beauty. I'd have to say that my biggest imperfection is a birthmark on my thigh that is only visible when I wear a bikini. But I'm learning to love it!

When I was younger I always thought that everything was wrong with me, I've always wanted to be the exact opposite (blonde, tall, with pale skin, and blue eyes) but with time I started to love who I am and everything that makes me different.

And sometimes our own imperfections are so only to our eyes! Your Asian eyes are so fascinating to me! I've always used eyeliner to mimic that charming almond like shape. My imperfection is a few kilos over my self imposed standard :-)

I agree with you 100%... I actually like single eyebrows and I've always loves tooth gaps. My brother has a tooth gap and since he was little I was jealous that I wasn't the one with it... and now that it's been all over magazines I want it even more!

Beauty is of course in the eye of the beholder. But I think we are all unique and should accept and celebrate are differing looks and appreciate them, be at ease with yourselves and understand that's what make us unique and to be so is a great thing. My teeth are my biggest flaw. They have shifted and are crowded and I have chipped a few that need to be fixed. :( But, I think flaws are a good thing as well because they make us unique and I really don't want the same teeth as a million other people out there, so I just learned to live with them. Even the most gorgeous ladies will probably have some imperfection to complain. We're never perfect on our own eyes.
Mine i will said are my chubby cabs. And i'm a skinny girl, don´t know where this kind of legs came from! hahahah
I always love a solid black outfit, but I think they look even better when the wearer has light hair. This look could not be more perfect, and the photos are gorgeous!

Mine's pretty much the same as yours. The only thing being that they are neither tiny Asian ones or big Indian eyes but they give me an Oriental look
