Weekend break again.
Yawnsie, I still feel tired even though I'm not at work in the weekends. Perhaps too much alcohol accumulated in my body from friday nightout. I think I am sleep-deprived.
Share something with you today. I learned something from my friends in 40s looking like 30s. They all had one thing in common and that one thing was all of them take massive amount of sleep during the weekends. Sleeping from morning till evening and only waking up for bathroom and dinner. No need for facial treatments, special diets or collagen for that matter. In fact, none of them spend their cash on beauty products. It is proven that sleeping does help one to look younger/glowy. Even power naps will work effectively. Every wink keeps one wrinkle away. So SLEEP your way to LONGEVITY!! at least keep to 8hrs minimum. :D
Here's my neon look for a new outfit post to keep my spirits up for the long weekends here in Singapore.

actually too much sleep is not good, it's oversleeping :P I always feel tired afterwards when I sleep for too long (luckily it's a very rare occasion). btw, weekends are the only time when working people like me can do something else than work, hehe. I totally think sleeping my time away would be such a waste but hey, that's just my opinion and everyone else can sleep how they want to :P

I don't drink wine, to be honest.. I think wine almost always sucks :P but I do like cold beer, yum!
oh, my tattoos, I actually have quite many of those, seven separately made tats, to be precise :)
haha, and my weight. I sure hope I haven't lost any but I don't weigh myself very often. I just don't care about stuff like that very much. I like working out but that's because it makes me happy and gives versatility (my job includes A LOT of sitting and it can be so hard). and yeah, I love eating good food! :P
anyway, I hope the weekend treats you superbly and you can forget the work stuff. I'm going to give my best to also do that :)
